Concerned you won’t be able to keep up? Medibank’s Feel Good classes are catered to all fitness levels, meaning you don’t need to be a fitness pro to attend! And if cardio really isn’t for you (don’t worry, we get it), you can register now for a Mindful Art session with Cork & Chroma or slow it down with Tai Chi.
