Spring is officially here, which means one thing: South Bank’s iconic Feel Good Program is back, bringing the ultimate excuse to stretch, sweat and soak up the good vibes riverside. Running from 27 September to 29 November, this cult-fave fitness series is completely free and stacked with a timetable that caters to every kind of mover.
There’s a class (or thirteen) throughout the weekly timetable with your name on it. Think Zumba, Body Attack, yoga, ABT, mat pilates, aqua aerobics and body balance, all led by expert instructors thanks to Goodlife Health Clubs. Translation: no matter your style, the program has you covered.
It all kicks off with an epic launch event on Saturday 27 September, and trust us, you’ll want to set that alarm. The morning schedule is packed with yoga at 7am, mat pilates at 8am, aqua aerobics at 9am, ABT at 10am and Body Attack from 10:30am. And because no South Bank Saturday is complete without a little treat, there will be giveaways and freebies flowing all morning. Think free coffee and iced tea, free Feel Good merch for the first 250 people, and Goodlife trainers on hand to chat all things fitness.
