This series of free fitness classes features a range of energizing workouts. From heart-pumping favourites such as Zumba and Aqua Aerobics, and Body Balance, to zen-inducing classics like Yoga and Pilates, expert instructors will guide you every step of the way. Take a peek at the program here.
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, the Feel Good Program is where fitness meets fun! Bookings are not required, but please make sure you bring along a water bottle, towel and mat for classes that require them. Please note that all classes are located at Flowstate except for Aqua which is located at the Boat Pool.
