Embers have just launched their exclusive Supper Club dining experience that delivers the wow factor in spades.
If you have been looking to treat yourself to a night out without breaking the bank, listen up!
From 7pm – 9pm daily, diners have the opportunity to enjoy a sumptuous three-course dinner. In our humble opinion, it’s the perfect way to elevate any date night or catch up with friends. The dinner kicks off on a delicious and oh-so-decedent note with local stracciatella with pickled zucchini, pistachio, rocket, olive oil, and balsamic - it’s a cheese lovers delight. Guests will then be treated to a classic pasta dish, pappardelle pasta with slow-cooked goat ragu, extra virgin olive oil, and grana Padano - it’s our new obsession! The dinner ends on a sweet note (as all good dinners should) with a panna cotta dessert with bush honey and pecans.
All this with a perfectly paired glass of 2022 Ziegler ‘Hack Barrow’ GSM wine or a half pint of James Squire beer for just $49pp.
