Sydney Rock Oysters
Is there anything more luxe than starting your meal with oysters… we think not! Kick off your meal with half a dozen of the freshest Sydney Rock oysters with Mignonette sauce, it’s the perfect light starter for the incoming warm weather!
Burrata
If you’re a Burrata fan, then this new dish from Popolo will become your instant fave! Think sumptuous and creamy Burrata matched with prosciutto, figs, and balsamic dressing. Pairing perfectly with the citrus spritz that features Ambleside mandarin gin, Campari, orange and mandarin juice, prosecco, Long Rays citrus tonic. We’re calling it now; this is THE perfect combo for an indulgent summer combo!
Grilled WA Octopus
Seafood lovers, this dish has your name written all over it! We are of course talking about the grilled WA Octopus with chickpea puree, and chilli oil for a touch of spice. Sip in style while enjoying your Octopus with the Luna Rosa that features Capricorn Distilling Co. pineapple and spiced rum, Aperol, pineapple, lime juice, blackberries, and sugar syrup.
Kinkawooka Mussels
The Kinkawooka Mussels is another great dish for seafood fans, see we weren’t exaggerating when we said to expect more seafood! This is a great sharing dish, but no judgment here if you want to keep it all to yourself! Get ready to be transported on a culinary journey to Southern Italy as you savour the tastes of delicious Kinkawooka Mussels, Ndjua, shallots, and white wine.
Confit Duck Ragu Bianco
This is the duck ragu dish you know and love with a twist because they have made it Bianco, aka without the tomato pasta sauce. This is our idea of the perfect summer pasta completed with Mafaldine pasta and (lots of!) Pecorino.
