Barbossa is turning up the flavour this July with a fresh line up of cocktails all made with Jameson. Sip your way through an Irish Coffee with rich espresso and cream, a Raspberry Sour with raspberry mead, lemon and whites, Jamo’s Fresh Apple where they juice the apples fresh to order, or the Orange Lass with Cointreau and orange.
On the food front, their $24 Jamaican Jerk Steamed Fish is a must-try—think steamed snapper with jerk seasoned okra, carrots, potato, capsicum and onion.
