Clear your calendar—South Bank’s Feel Good Program is back from March 1 to May 1, bringing you free fitness classes in the heart of the Parklands. Whether you’re into yoga flows, high-energy workouts, or just here for the vibes, there’s a class (or nine) with your name on it.
It all kicks off with an epic launch event on Saturday, March 1, with a stacked schedule of classes including yoga, mat pilates, aqua, body combat and body balance. There will also be giveaways and merch goodies up for grabs. But heads up, it’s first in best dressed, so get there early if you want to score the freebies. From morning stretches to after-work sweat sessions, here’s what’s on offer.
For the Zen Seekers
Need a breather? Head to Flowstate for relaxing yoga or body balance—a dreamy fusion of tai chi, Pilates, and stretching designed to build strength and melt away stress. Trust us, you’ll be feeling zen in no time.
