PSA Baba Ganouj has unveiled their luxe new dining oasis to the public and trust us when we say it is bigger and more spectacular than ever before.
We are giving you the first look into their epic new 200-seater space on the Southern end of Little Stanley Street ahead of their official launch on Wednesday 19th July.
This family-run business is the brainchild of Sayed Saleh and his wife Sally, who have taken Baba Ganouj from a small café to a beloved Lebanese dining destination. Their new space is now poised to become the most coveted go-to place for delectable traditional Lebanese cuisine in Brisbane.
Guests will love the fresh and inviting ambiance inspired by the enchanting Garden of Eden. Think, ornate hanging lanterns, terrazzo floors, arch doorways, antique mirrors, built-in stone bar shelving, rustic olive trees, and leafy plants. The new space is the epitome of elegance!
Their new versatile layout offers an inviting atmosphere, no matter where you choose to sit. Diners will have the choice of an expansive inside dining area, an alfresco area with booth-seating, and an opulent private dining room for celebrating those special occasions. That’s not all though, their new location also has a dedicated Shisha and bar area to complement your dining experience.
To celebrate their impressive new space, an updated menu has been carefully curated to give guests the ultimate authentic Lebanese dining experience! Each dish is created from scratch and uses time-honed techniques that have been passed down for generations, so you know you are in for a real treat! Our favourite dish is the Kebbe Nayeh that features lamb fillets finely minced and mixed with burghul, Lebanese spices dressed in olive oil, onion, and mint with Saj Bread.
If you want a totally unforgettable culinary experience, you can’t go past their banquets! Designed to be shared, these are the best way to sample the most popular dishes on the menu and enjoy them in the traditional way – with friends and loved ones.
Get your booking in now because we have a sneaking suspicion that Baba Ganouj will be one of the most in-demand dining destinations in Brisbane!
