Nocello combines hazelnut pastry cream with savoiardi soaked in Nocello, Aperol mixes ricotta cream with candied orange peel, Espresso Martini layers coffee and Kahlua pastry cream, and Limoncello brings ricotta cream together with limoncello jelly and fresh lemon zest. Each one is served à la carte from a bespoke table-side trolley, making the experience interactive, fun and utterly Instagrammable.
