The Best of Tasmania Wine Dinner on Wednesday 19 March is your chance to sip and savour an exclusive lineup from Pirie, Tamar Ridge, and Devil’s Corner, all paired with a four-course feast designed to match every drop.
Hosted by wine pros Katherine Brown and Andrew Harris, this is a deep dive into Tasmania’s cool-climate wonders—think crisp whites, bold reds, and a sparkling to kick things off.
Start with a glass of Pirie NV, a refreshingly crisp Tasmanian sparkling, alongside freshly shucked oysters with a citrusy yuzu dressing. Next up, Devil’s Corner Riesling, bursting with lime and jasmine, paired with confit ocean trout, fennel, and pearls—light, fresh, and ridiculously good.
For the main, Devil’s Corner Resolution Pinot Noir brings its silky, cherry-laced magic to wood-roasted organic lamb rack with charred greens and saltbush, a match made in foodie heaven. And to finish? Tamar Ridge Pinot Noir 2022, dark and spicy, alongside Warn Coal River washed rind cheese, Rob’s honeycomb, and a crisp baguette. Dreamy.
