Harajuku Gyoza, known for their kawaii (translation: cute!) and fun food items like sumo sushi tacos, jiggly soufflé pancakes, and cheeseburger dumplings, has brought yet ANOTHER viral TikTok dessert to Australia. The ‘Mont Blanc’ dessert was made popular by Chacha Futatsume in Tokyo and Malebranche in Kyoto, has been given a unique twist at for diners to enjoy.
We were lucky enough to get a preview of the TikTok famous dessert and trust us when we say, you’ll be absolutely obsessed, just like we are.
They’ve combined not one, but two viral desserts to create the Mont Blanc Air Cheesecake. It features a delightfully fluffy piped cheesecake topped with ice cream, then generously adorned with Mont Blanc. And what exactly is that we hear you ask? Just imagine long strands of vibrantly coloured spaghetti made from white bean paste. Each bite is a delightful mix of flavours and textures that will have you coming back for more. The bright colours and unique presentation make it an Instagram-worthy treat. It’s almost too pretty to eat – almost!
The toughest choice will be deciding between a bright pink strawberry or vibrant green matcha. Or, if you’re like us, you’ll go all out and choose both!
These desserts, or should we say works of art, will be available for $18 each.
We suggest you get in and book your table here to avoid FOMO.
