In celebration of OTTO opening for dinner service on Monday and Tuesday, guests can now feast on Head Chef Will Cowper’s seasonal à la carte menu while sipping on their fave bottle of vino or bubbles! This dining experience has been designed with true wine lovers in mind; you can finally pull out that wine you’ve been saving for a special occasion! That’s not all – OTTO sommeliers will be on hand to guide your wine pairings based on dish selections.
The à la carte menu is packed full of signature dishes that you’ll fall in love with instantly. Think their stracciatella starter with perfectly gooey stracciatella cheese, prosciutto, peach, mint, and balsamic. For the main course, the iconic champagne lobster spaghettini with freshly made long thin pasta, champagne lobster, garlic, chilli, white wine, lemon butter, and bottarga.
