Running from 1 May to 30 June, this brand-new dining series is serving up the very best of Australian wagyu and premium local vino in a way only Calida can. Think bold, Latin-inspired flavours, next-level wine flights and ultra-exclusive off-menu pours, all curated in partnership with the legends at Samuel Smith & Sons and wagyu pros Stanbroke Meats.
You can dip your toes in with curated pairings across the à la carte menu or go full indulgence with a multi-course wine-paired set menu available for both lunch and dinner. Take a peek at the set menu here. Whichever way you swing it, you're in for a seriously luxe experience.
To kick things off, Calida is hosting intimate ticketed dinners every two months to launch each new menu and wine pairing. First up is ‘Best of the Barossa’ on Thursday 8 May at 6:30pm, featuring a next-level pairing with Yalumba Wines. Just 16 seats are up for grabs, so if $180 for a night of epic eats and wines sounds like your kind of evening, you’ll want to book ASAP here.
After that, keep an eye out for Jim Barry Wines in July and August, then Wirra Wirra Wines rounding it out in September and October.
