On arrival enjoy a glass of Lonia Cava or Estrella Damm with fried potato, whipped curd and avruga caviar, before sitting down to a menu of baby squid, black tiger prawns, lamb rack and dessert to finish. Australia’s most awarded sparkling winemaker, Ed Carr, will be hosting a spectacular wine dinner at Embers to celebrate the annual vintage release from the acclaimed House of Arras. This world-class Tasmanian winery has an unparalleled reputation of producing Australian sparkling wines of exceptional age and at this dinner, you’ll get the opportunity to try six of their most applauded releases.
The wines, including headliner House of Arras E.J Carr Late Disgorged 2006, House of Arras Grand Vintage 2013 and House of Arras Blanc de Blancs 2013, have been carefully matched to a five-course dinner.
