Lovingly crafted by Alfie and his team, this new menu – inspired by the fresh, punchy flavours of South-East Asian cuisine – will have you dreaming of your next trip abroad. It is warm and comforting yet beautifully refined... the ideal menu to share with friends and family!
Picture: perfectly cooked coconut pork belly, slow cooked in coconut broth and grilled to order over charcoal. Our latest guilty pleasure on a cold day, this one keeps you wanting more.
Soft shell crab has also made its way onto the menu! Served in soft bao buns with a crisp salad made of coral lettuce, carrot, fresh coriander, cherry tomato, seaweed, and a curried mayonnaise, these succulent little buns will have you salivating.
And of course, we can’t forget the Kingfish sashimi (admittedly our personal fave)! A sophisticated dish prepared with generous slices of fresh kingfish, pear, strawberries, coconut caviar, coconut milk and green Nam Jhim dressing, it’s safe to say that even the faintest sashimi fan would be impressed.
But don’t stress! These new dishes will still accompany Ma Pa Me’s house favourites like the Coconut Chicken Salad, Yellow Barramundi Curry, Nasi Goreng, and Beef Rendang Curry.
