INGREDIENTS: Tanqueray Gin 60ml Monin Lavender Purple Syrup 30ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice 30ml Egg Whites 15ml Aromatic Bitters Lavender Sprig for Garnish
RECIPE:
1. Place all ingredients into your cocktail shaker. 2. Shake well for 15 seconds. 3. Add ice cubes to a short glass. 4. Fill half of your cocktail shaker with your already shaken ingredients and shake for another 10 seconds. 5. Double strain your shaken ingredients into your glass. 6. Use 4 drops of aromatic bitters on the surface of your cocktail. 7. Finish by placing a lavender sprig over the top surface of the glass.
