Ingredients 60ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin 30ml Fresh lime juice 20ml Strawberry sugar syrup* 2 Fresh strawberries halved and muddled 6 Basil leaves
*Strawberry Sugar Syrup 250 grams of thinly sliced strawberries 500 grams of sugar 750 grams of water Cook to combine, let rest to room temperature and strain.
Method In a cocktail shaker muddle the fresh strawberries and basil leaves. Add in 60ml of Tanqueray London Dry Gin, freshly squeezed lime juice, and sugar syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled. Serve in a chilled rock glass. Garnish with a fresh basil sprig and enjoy!
