How many years have you been working as a barista? I would say a total of about 15 years, which is a long time! I’ve been a barista at Denim Co for just over three years.
What do you love most about being a barista at Denim Co.? It would definitely have to be the customers and the dogs. There’s nice greenery, it’s a good view.
Tell us one thing you love about working in South Bank? Definitely the location! Beautiful scenery, it’s a nice environment.
What is the craziest coffee order you’ve ever received? Something along the lines of a half shot of decaf and a half shot of fully caffeinated coffee with soy milk and extra hot.
What is your go-to latte art design? Probably just the heart because it’s easy and it looks okay.
Your personal favourite coffee order, go! I personally don’t like coffee, but I do love making piccolos.
