How many years have you been working as a barista? About 9 years! I’ve been at Poppies for 7 months.

What do you love most about being a barista at Poppies? Coffee makes everybody happy!

Tell us one thing you love about working in South Bank? I love the view and the people. You meet so many nice people here.

What is the craziest coffee order you’ve ever received? Probably like a mug of quarter strength, decaf long black with four sugars. I received that order last week and was like ‘what?’.

What is your go-to latte art design? Either the leaf or the lotus.

Your personal favourite coffee order, go! I’d have to say a small latte with an extra shot.
