How many years have you been working as a barista? I’ve been working as a barista for around 3 years.

What do you love most about being a barista at VICI? Well, I love Campos coffee and they serve that here. I love the customers and the teamwork, it’s a nice environment to work in.

Tell us one thing you love about working in South Bank? I love all the sites, like The Wheel and the River.

What is the craziest coffee order you’ve ever received? Probably a coffee shot with sparkling water and a dash of milk. It doesn’t sound very nice to me.

What is your go-to latte art design? I always go for the tulip or heart design.

Your personal favourite coffee order, go! I love an iced latte with a little bit of caramel.
