Brisbane's Fave Free Fitness Program Is Back!

Brisbane’s much-loved free fitness program is back and you know what that means…

Yep! It’s time to put down the chocolate, don the active wear and get into South Bank for free fitness classes and an even better selection of wholefoods.

To give you some needed inspo (we know, those extra comfort calories are REAL), we’ve rounded up everything you’ll want to see, eat, and do during this year’s Medibank Feel Good Program.

Zen out… Relax and re-centre at a free yoga, tai chi or Pilates class! With multiple sessions held throughout the week, simply grab your mat and head to Flowstate Pavilion.

Work on your mindfulness… Take a break from your hectic Monday schedule with a midday mindfulness session at Flowstate. Hosting additional mindful art classes on Saturday mornings, learn to calm your mind and body.

Break a sweat… Hoping to shift some winter weight? Break a sweat at one of Medibank’s many high intensity classes! Whether you’re in the mood for hula fit, resistance training or a fast-paced energy class, they’ve got something for you.

Get your groove on… Put your coordination to the test with a free Zumba class or salsa session! Suitable for our fellow left-foot friends, these classes can be attended by all (including beginners!).

Refuel… All great workouts deserve an even greater, post-workout treat (healthy treat that is)! After a high intensity class, cool off with a serve of OakBerry’s antioxidant-rich acai, topped with all your favourite wholefood toppings.
