Margarita Month may be over, but Poca Madre isn’t done celebrating tequila just yet. They’re launching a monthly tequila masterclass series, kicking off on Thursday, April 3, with Tromba Tequila taking centre stage.
Hosted by Carlos Hurworth from The Church of Agave and James ‘Jimmy’ Sherry, Co-Founder of Tromba Tequila, this immersive experience is all about levelling up your tequila knowledge while sipping on the good stuff.
Start the night with a signature margarita before diving into a guided tequila tasting where you’ll uncover the flavours of Tromba’s premium range.
This is your chance to go full tequila aficionado. In an expert-led tasting, you’ll dive into Tromba Tequila’s premium range, uncovering the subtle nuances of agave and the craft behind its smooth, top-shelf flavour. Expect insider knowledge, next-level appreciation, and a newfound respect for Mexico’s finest export.
Then, roll up your sleeves for a make-your-own Paloma session, balancing tequila, citrus, and fizz, plus a hands-on guacamole masterclass (because tequila and guac belong together). You’ll also be treated to a Baja fish taco, before finishing with a Cafeto Affogato, a coffee-infused indulgence highlighting Tromba’s smooth agave character.
To top it all off, each guest will score a gift bag packed with goodies, plus a shot at some exciting giveaways throughout the night.
