This July - September, South Bank is turning red, white and bleu to bring the vibrant culture and charm of France right to the heart of Brisbane. Visit South Bank and indulge in a taste of France across a variety of special offers from our favourite restaurants and cafes.
Think giant croissants, flowing French Martinis, cancan dancers, French-inspired picnics, paint and sip sessions, mime artists, opera serenades, an array of French cheeses, and a towering four-storey tribute to the Eiffel Tower – the Paris Tower!
Where to Get a Taste of France
Vici Dive into a $90 bottomless brunch featuring five fabulous courses paired with free-flowing Aix en Provence Rosé and French Martinis. Expect to indulge in a delicious line up of marinated Mount Zero olives, arancini, pane lievitato (signature wood-fired bread), flash-fried baby calamari and caprese ensalata. Available every Saturday and Sunday from 11am.
The Jetty A cheese board and a cheeky cocktail is always a good idea, and The Jetty is offering one you don’t want to miss. Weekdays from 3 pm to 6 pm, enjoy two Grey Goose Martinis alongside a deluxe three-cheese board boasting brie, cheddar, blue, crackers, red onion chutney, fried fruits, and walnuts, all for $35.
Barbossa Treat yourself to Barbossa’s range of French cocktails like Kir Royale, French 75, or a classic French Martini. Pair it perfectly with their baked camembert drizzled in honey and walnuts for $15, or opt for the baked camembert and mulled wine combo for $25.
