Feel Good Program


Step outdoors, soak in the spectacular surrounds of South Bank Parklands and get ready to feel your best self when the Feel Good Program returns from from March 1 to May 1.

This series of free fitness classes features a range of energizing workouts. From heart-pumping favourites such as Zumba and Aqua Aerobics,  and Body Balance, to zen-inducing classics like yoga and mat pilates, expert instructors will guide you every step of the way. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, the Feel Good Program is where fitness meets fun! Bookings are not required, but please make sure you bring along a water bottle, towel and mat for classes that require them. Please note that all classes are located at Flowstate except for Aqua which is located at the Boat Pool.

Due to this week’s severe weather, the following Feel Good Program classes have been cancelled:

Wednesday, 5 March – 5:30pm Zumba & 6:30pm Body Balance

Thursday, 6 March – 6:00am Mat Pilates, 5:30pm Body Attack & 6:30pm Yoga

Saturday, 8 March  – 7:30am Yoga, 8:30am Mat Pilates & 9:30am Aqua
