Located inside The Charming Squire, The Squire’s Steakhouse is South Bank’s newest destination for premium cuts and smoky, flame-grilled flavours.
This moody, timber-clad steakhouse brings serious style and substance, with a menu that heroes charcoal cooking and top-quality local produce. Start with seared scallops and pork belly or a serve of oysters—natural, mignonette or maple-glazed with bacon and onion jam.
From the grill, expect standout dishes like the 200g grain-fed eye fillet, 70-day dry aged T-bone, or slow cooked lamb shoulder with harissa and cabernet jus. Each is served with charcoal-roasted pumpkin, labneh, local honey and pepitas.
You can even level things up with luxe toppers like garlic butter Morton Bay prawns or a tropical half lobster tail. Pair it all with a bold red or signature cocktail from the bar and you’ve got one unforgettable feast.
