Ingredients
45 ml El Jimador Tequila
30 ml Triple Sec
20 ml Fresh Lime Juice
30 ml Grapefruit Syrup
30 ml Aquafaba
15 ml Sugar
Edible Black Glitter
Black salt (for rim)
Method
Rim an old fashioned glass with black salt and set aside.
Add tequila, triple sec, lime juice, grapefruit syrup, aquafaba, sugar, and edible black glitter to a Boston shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously until well chilled and foamy.
Single strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
