Wine And Wagyu At Calida


The next chapter of Calida’s Wine and Wagyu Series has landed, and it’s pouring big reds from Clare Valley legends Jim Barry Wines.

Running all July and August, this flavour-packed series pairs melt-in-your-mouth Diamantina Wagyu from Stanbroke with bold, structured drops made for serious wine lovers. You can take it slow with the curated Wagyu menu ($110) and wine pairing add-on ($70), or go all in at Calida’s intimate launch dinner on Thursday 7 August.

Hosted by a Jim Barry ambassador, this one-night-only event includes six courses and matching wines for $180 per person. The last dinner sold out, so consider this your sign to book.
