Win A Luxe Pasta Club Experience at OTTO Osteria Competition: Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter of this competition is South Bank Corporation (ABN 95 927 817 538) of South Bank House, Stanley Street Plaza, South Bank QLD 4101 (the “Promoter”).
2. These Terms and Conditions set out all of the information regarding the Win A Luxe Pasta Club Experience at OTTO Osteria (the “Terms and Conditions”).
3. Information on how to enter this competition form part of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Competition entry is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Prize:
a) There is 1 prize available to be won for the competition consisting of a voucher for OTTO Osteria Pasta Club for two people – including choice of wine and pasta special, with tiramisu cannoli.
Total prize value of $90
b) The Prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any additional expenses incurred by the Prize winner, other than those outlined in these Terms and Conditions, are the responsibility of the Prize winner.
(c) The Prize is subject to the specific terms and conditions of the Prize provider and the Prize winner will not be entitled to any monetary compensation (including if applicable, any refund of the ticket price or otherwise) in connection with the Prize.
(d) The Prize must be redeemed by the Prize winner.
(e) Voucher valid for 12 months from date of issue. If the Pasta Club menu is no longer available at time of redemption within this 12-month period, the voucher may be redeemed at OTTO Osteria to the value of $90.
(f) The winner is responsible for all other costs associated with the redemption of the Prize, including but not limited to additional expenses incurred at the restaurant.
(g) Voucher is subject to availability at OTTO Osteria, and not valid in conjunction with any other offer, or on special event days such as Riverfire.
(h) Voucher is not transferable, available for sale or redeemable for cash.
(i) Voucher must be redeemed for one reservation within the validity period or prize will be forfeited.
(j) Credit card details required to secure reservation., which will be provided by the Promoter once the prize winner provides their preferred reservation date. Should prize winner need to cancel reservation within 24 hours of reservation date, or fail to arrive on reservation date, the prize will be forfeited.
6. Competition period: This competition will open at 4pm AEST on Tuesday 11 February 2025 and close at 4pm AEST on Wednesday 4 March 2025. No entries will be accepted after the competition has closed.

8. For an entry to be valid, you must complete these required fields: first and last name, email address, postcode and daytime telephone number (“Mandatory Information”). If you do not supply all of the Mandatory Information, your entry will be deemed invalid.
9. Only one entry per entrant will be accepted, and any subsequent entries from the same entrant will be deemed invalid.
10. Eligibility: To be eligible to enter this competition, a person must:
a) be a resident of Queensland as provided by the postcode on the online entry form; and
b) not be an employee, contracted staff, or a family member of the Promotor, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition; and
c) be 18 years or older.
11. Competition draw: The winner of the competition will be the first eligible entry randomly drawn by an officer of the Promoter at 4pm AEST on Wednesday 4 March 2025 at South Bank House Stanley Street Plaza, South Bank QLD 4101.
The decision of that officer will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Winner notification: The winner will be notified via email or phone by an officer of the Promoter by 5:00pm AEST on Wednesday, 4 March 2025.
13. Prize claim and Prize re-draw: The winner must claim the Prize by using return email to confirm that they accept by 5:00pm AEST on Friday 6 March 2025 (the Prize Claim Date).
If the Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, that winner (as originally drawn) will cease to be the winner and will not be entitled to claim the Prize.
The Promoter will be entitled to draw a new winner and provide a period of time for that new winner to claim the Prize. If that new winner fails to claim the Prize in the applicable period of time, that new winner will cease to be the winner and will not be entitled to claim the Prize. This redraw process may continue to apply on any number of occasions (at the discretion of the Promoter), until such time as the Prize is claimed by a winner within the applicable period.
The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to not award the Prize to any entrant, including without limitation, if the Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or any subsequent period provided for a new winner to claim the Prize.
14. Prize redeem: Once the Prize winner has claimed the Prize, the Promoter will organise for the voucher to be emailed to an email address supplied by the winner.
15. The competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by Queensland law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
16. No liability of Promoter: The Promoter accepts no responsibility whatsoever for late, misplaced, lost or ineligible entries. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the Prize. Despite any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for:
a) any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct loss, indirect loss, economic loss, special loss or consequential loss) which is suffered or incurred by an entrant (including without limitation any Prize winner); or
b) without limiting paragraph (a), any personal injury or death or loss of, or damage to, property in connection with the entry into the competition or acceptance of the Prize,
howsoever such liability arises and whether arising in tort (including without limitation in negligence), for breach of contract (including without limitation under any indemnity), under statute, in equity or otherwise.
17. To the extent all or any part of condition 14 is found to be contrary to the Australian Consumer Law, but the Australian Consumer Law otherwise permits the Promoter to limit the Promoter’s liability to the value of the Prize or the resupply of the Prize, then the liability of the Promoter is instead limited, at the Promoter’s election, to either:
a) the value of the Prize; or
b) the resupply of the Prize,
howsoever such liability arises and whether arising in tort (including without limitation in negligence), for breach of contract (including without limitation under any indemnity), under statute, in equity or otherwise.
18. Privacy consent: By entering this competition, the entrant acknowledges and consents to their:
a) personal information being collected by the Promoter in accordance with the South Bank Corporation Privacy Policy;
b) collection and storage of their name and email address by the Promotor for marketing purposes. The entrant may opt-out at any time.
19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her/their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner will be used solely in accordance with Queensland data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
20. The winner’s name may be published on our social media pages.
21. Force Majeure: If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition) the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify all entries from any individual who tampers with, or benefits from tampering with, the entry process that as a result corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition.
22. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event that naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest or strikes, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same Terms and Conditions.
23. Competition updates or cancellation: The Promoter reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, including amending key dates in conditions 6,7, 9, 10 and 11 at any time, and to cancel or amend the competition at any time without notice or further recourse to the entrants.
