Ingredients
30ml Gin
30ml Lychee Liqueur
10ml Luxardo (Maraschino liqueur)
30ml Fresh lemon juice
5ml Sugar syrup
2 drops Orange blossom water
3 drops Wonderfoam
Method
1. Add gin, lychee liqueur, Luxardo, lemon juice, sugar syrup, orange blossom water, and Wonderfoam into a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until well-chilled and frothy.
3. Double strain into a chilled martini glass to remove ice shards and ensure a smooth texture.
4. Garnish with a lychee or a pomegranate seed for a burst of color and serve immediately.
Tip: The Wonderfoam adds a smooth and silky texture to the martini, while the orange blossom water gives it a fragrant, floral finish.
