Trick or Treat Little Stanley Street is back this Halloween, bringing two nights of spooktacular fun to South Bank. Time to don your costumes and get ready for Brisbane’s only Halloween street party for kids. From 5pm on Friday 31 October and Saturday 1 November, Little Stanley Street will transform into a full-blown Halloween festival with entertainment, eats and activities for the whole family.
Spooky Scavenger Hunt
Kick off the night with a free spooky scavenger hunt through the northern Little Stanley Street Lawns. Keep your eyes peeled for for creepy-cool objects and swap them for tasty treats. Ghost Train
All aboard if you dare! Take a spooky trip through the precinct on the Ghost Train and experience South Bank from a haunting new perspective. With eerie vibes and plenty of thrills, this is one ride you won’t forget. Ticketed experience with Xpress Fun Train (tickets available on-site).
Pumpkin Patch Kids Activities
Keep the little ghouls entertained with plenty of fun at Trick or Treat Little Stanley Street. Enjoy Halloween-themed arts and crafts, spooky games and face painting for a $2 Donation - all funds raised will be donated to the Children’s Hospital Foundation. Plus, watch out for roving performers serving up tricks, treats and spooky surprises throughout the night.
Collective Markets Halloween Edition
Shopping, but make it spooky. Head to the Halloween edition of the Collective Markets in Stanley Street Plaza, where you’ll find all your fave stalls and plenty of unique goodies to browse.
Spooky Cinema
The South Lawn sets the stage for outdoor spooky cinema. Friday’s line-up includes Scooby Doo at 5:30pm and The Addams Family at 7:30pm, while Saturday brings Casper at 5:30pm followed by Tim Burton’s Corpse Bride at 7:30pm. Grab some snacks and from the Nightmare on Wheels Cart by Alemre and settle in. All screenings are free to enjoy as part of Trick or Treat Little Stanley Street. Don’t forget your costumes for the full Halloween vibe.

Foodies are in for a frightfully good time with South Bank’s restaurants serving up exclusive themed eats and Halloween-inspired specials across both nights.
