Try the Potato Gems Benny, filled to the brim with eggs, spinach, homemade hollandaise and potato gems, and you’ll be impressed.
Espresso Garage
Need to have brunch on-the-go? Espresso Garage has answered your prayers! Nestled in an unassuming nook between Grey and Little Stanley Streets, this hole-in-the-wall is a caffeine-addict’s failsafe haven for a quality brew. The best part? They serve up delicious eats too – hello, fresh breaky muffins and tasty scrambled eggs!
River Quay Fish
River Quay Fish is one of our favourite places to do breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner AND dessert, and not just for its incredible riverfront location. Think: wholesome classics like eggs benny with haloumi and big breakfasts. The disappointment is real if you miss out, trust us.
Barbossa Bar
One of South Bank's best-kept brunch secrets lays hidden at Barbossa Bar. A destination with a cosy ambience, all your brunch favourites (hello avo smash, goodbye mortgage!) are available every weekend from 7am, making the perfect start to the day. You can thank us later.
Denim Co.
This one's for the food-stagrammers! Denim Co. offers picture perfect, colour-laden dishes that taste just as good as they look. If we HAD to pick a must-try (the whole menu would do!) we suggest the Banana Split, made with waffles, banana, caramel, cream and honey nut crunch. Yep, you heard us correctly!
