Yep! This weekend, River Quay Green – South Bank’s popular picnic destination - will be getting a Galentine-inspired makeover for an exclusive session of Sunday Social. We’re talking free live illustrations by the talented Kaili Saba, relaxed tunes by Birdman Randy, sprawling river views, and of course, a gram-worthy array of picnic eats.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a Galentine’s Day get together without charcuterie (duh!). This year, The Jetty have stolen a place in our hearts with their incredible Lovers Picnic board which comes topped with fresh charcuterie, cheese and sweets, and is accompanied by a bottle of sparkling wine. Rivalled by River Quay Fish’s tasty picnic baskets and takeaway menu (hello beer battered fish and chips, salt and pepper calamari and bug sliders), and Aquitaine’s luxurious picnic hampers with cheese, house-made pickles and charcuterie, you’ll want to pre-order a feast ASAP.
