On Friday 14th July, Aquitaine is celebrating the French National Day with a sumptuous four-course dinner. Guests will be treated to an enchanting evening with a carefully curated special menu that features a fabulous selection of contemporary French dishes that we all know and love, while taking in the views of the Brisbane River and sparkling city skyline.
The evening begins on a luxe note with Polanco Grand Reserve Caviar, followed by the entrée with a choice of Brisbane Valley Quail, Wagyu Tartare, and Ocean Trout Tartine. In our humble opinion, you can’t go past the Brisbane Valley Quail, which features porcini gnocchi, exotic mushrooms, and purée d’herbes. We’ll be dreaming about this dish until further notice!
For the main event (AKA. the mains), you’ll be treated to a taste sensation, with your choice of Poisson en Papillote, Duck Breast, Raviole du Dauphié, or Beef Denver MB+5 (served medium). We didn’t think this dinner could get any better, but just wait until we tell you what’s on the menu for dessert…
