Fresh, healthy, nourishing. SUKI specialise in poke bowls that satisfy and sustain the body. Made to order in front of your eyes, their poke bowls are perfect on-the-go meals – minus the guilt!
Poke bowls originally started in Hawaii. Scraps of reef fish would be combined with seaweed, crushed kukui nuts and sea salt as a simple meal.
The philosophy of the Grey Street newcomer is “pole to bowl”. With this in mind, only the highest-quality and most sustainable raw fish is sourced. For those who are less keen on raw fish, other proteins are available including katsu chicken, tofu or sticky beef.
How does the concept work? Six quick steps are taken to totally personalise your poke bowl from start to finish. Customers can completely customize their meal, with seven base choices (hello black rice or quinoa and kale), five types of fish (including our fave kingfish and tuna), nine dressings (try SUKI's namesake sesame sauce) and more than twenty toppings (we’re looking at you seaweed salad, avo, radish and orange segments). As for those of you who hate making decisions, you can select from one of SUKI’s signature pre-made bowls.
The fun Grey Street fit-out seats up to 60 people - although we recommend taking your poke bowl to enjoy at Epicurious Garden. Mother nature and a wholesome raw meal... Who could ask for anything more?
